Fragment of border 1935.32.0204
The pattern figure is a monkey wearing garments: the tunic goes down round part of the tail. The figure has a huge sun-shaped headdress, with a snake coming out of the mouth and another from the belly. A curved form is held in one hand. The figures lie in the same direction lengthways, but turned alternately to the right and left and in different colour combinations. There are 13 figures in all = just under 2 repeats of 7 figures.
